Our most important goal at Bartingale Mechanical is to provide a safe work environment for our employees. By nature, the work that we do brings a certain amount of risk with it. Proper training and a focus on safe practices helps us reduce that risk. An important part of this training is our annual safety day which is held each spring at our offices.
The programs presented during our safety day training help us comply with the rules and regulations provided by OSHA and our clients. Our employees learn techniques to create a safe work environment and complete their work in a safe manner. They also review how proper tools and equipment are vital to maintaining a safe environment. Whether it be fall prevention or safe driving techniques we know that our employees have the training that they need.
